Before & during
We started with one truck and a handful of units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you get me or someone I'd trust at my own home. We're family-owned, so if a unit isn't up to standard, that falls on us, and we make it right the same day.
I track the schedule on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before the trucks leave. When we say Tuesday morning, we mean Tuesday morning. If anything shifts, I call you before you have to call us.
